Ronald McDonald House located inside QLD Children’s Hospital gives seriously ill children the best gift of all – their families. Our House is a warm and supportive home-away-from-home for families of children who are inpatients at the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit.

Our emergency accommodation helps parents and carers of critically ill children peace of mind, knowing that they are close-by to comfort their child whenever they are needed. 

The House is much more than just a place to sleep: the home-like environment and support from other families and staff improves family wellbeing.

Pick up the Tab

You can 'Pick up The Tab' for a family at RMHC SEQ  emergency accommodation House.

 You can choose the date you would like  – maybe it’s a loved ones birthday or an anniversary, and then this will go towards covering the cost of the family staying in the House on that night. You will also receive a special email on the day you choose thanking you for picking up the tab on this day.

You’ll find this in the donation options $100 Pick Up The Tab  - please email fundraising.seq@rmhc.org.au the date you have chosen to pick up the tab on, to receive your special email on that day.
