Dri Triathlon to support sick kids!

We are raising funds to support seriously ill children and their families!

On the 22nd of November, Vanessa and Georgina Russo will be participating in a competitive indoor “dri triathlon”. The event consists of a 5000m row, followed by 750 bodyweight reps, finishing with a 12.5km run for time. 

All funds raised will provide great motivation and go towards the amazing Ronald McDonald House Westmead, supporting the children who need our good fortune. 

Every year, over 2000 families from regional and rural Australia rely on the support of Ronald McDonald House Charities GWS to provide a home-away-from-home whilst their seriously ill or injured child receives critical care and treatment.

On average, it costs Ronald McDonald House Charities GWS $160 to support a family for one night. So please give what you can to ensure these families can stay together, close to the care their child needs.
