At our Ronald McDonald House in South Brisbane, Matilda Owen and Lee Crompvoets are just minutes away from their baby Oliver, who was born with a serious heart condition. Originally, the family stayed with us at our Ronald McDonald House inside the Queensland Children’s Hospital eight months ago and are now at our South Brisbane House while Oliver receives critical treatment.

The Clark family from the Gold Coast have stayed at Ronald McDonald House in South Brisbane, while their youngest, baby Tobias, received treatment at Queensland Children’s Hospital for a heart condition. The family of eight have been accommodated in interconnecting rooms, allowing them to be together during their five month stay, with the other five siblings attending the hospital school across the road. “Being able to stay at Ronald McDonald House all together has really eased the burden of travel and allowed us to keep the family together” said Mum Rebecca.
