Ride for Sick Kids Northern NSW

On the road again

It's onagain the RMHC & RFSK NNSW 2019. The ride is starting in Inverell and riding to Newcastle in September.  It's only 5 days of challenging effort which has a better return for the recipients.   All donations above $1.99 are tax deductible and all funds raised go to this great charity.

Help support me in my Ride for Sick Kids with RMHC® NNSW

When a child is diagnosed with a serious illness, it can have a devastating impact on families. As well as the uncertainty and fear, there’s added stress for families who don’t live close to the medical care their child needs.

In September 2019 I’m joining the Ride for Sick Kids for Ronald McDonald House Charities, Northern NSW with a team of around 30 riders to cycle 535kms from Inverell to Newcastle with the aim to raise much needed funds.

Together, we aim to raise $200,000 to help sick kids and their families.

Last year 771 families from Northern NSW were given a "home away from home" at our Ronald McDonald Houses in Newcastle and Tamworth so they could be near their child in hospital.  Over 8,400 families took a break from their child's hospital bedside in one of our Family Rooms.  155 families were able to relax, reconnect and create precious memories together with a week's free holiday at the Family Retreat in Forster.  And 149 students were able to catch up on their missed education through the Ronald McDonald Learning Program.

Join me in spreading the word about Ride for Sick Kids Northern NSW by sharing with your friends, family, and colleagues - every donation both large and small ensures Ronald McDonald House, Northern NSW can support more families.

Thank you for your generosity!
