The Red Boot Rally is on again!
The roar of the engines in the early hours of Wednesday 6th November 2019 will mark the start of an unforgettable three day adventure.
Fifteen teams will take part in this legendary event that is dedicated to raising money to support families with a seriously ill or injured child through Ronald McDonald House Charities South East Queensland.
Teams will drive a convoy of luxury cars supplied by Frizelle Sunshine Automotive along a spectacular and scenic route in this unique three day challenge - all in the name of helping sick kids.
It’s all for a great cause - the money raised will help keep the doors open 24/7 at Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland so that families with a seriously ill or injured child have somewhere to stay when they need it most. Over 5,000 families rely on this support every year while their child is in the Queensland Children's Hospital, the RBWH, the Mater Hospital or the Gold Coast University Hospital.
Departing from the Gold Coast, with business leaders and celebrities with big hearts as drivers and navigators, the Rally will travel for three days of surprise challenges, visiting iconic landmarks and enjoying dinner in stunning locations with performances from renowned entertainers. Teams commit to raising as much money as possible for RMHC SEQ with most teams aiming to raise $35,000. The highest fundraising team will have full bragging rights AND their pick of the cars to drive in the Rally.
When a child is diagnosed with a serious illness, it can have a devastating impact on families.
As well as the uncertainty and fear, there’s added stress for families who don’t live close to the medical care their child needs. RMHC® has a wide range of programs which help families to stay together so they have the support of loved ones when they need it most.
