Ronald McDonald House Charities help keep families together.

And now we’re asking local businesses, individuals and gyms to help us, to help sick kids and their families.

Childhood illness doesn't stop, not even during the COVID-19 pandemic.  But our ability to fundraise has been significantly impacted, so now more than ever we need your help.

All you need to do is get involved with the Ride for Sick Kids.

Choose from one of the below categories, to get involved.

#TwoWheelsTwoGoals

Our challenge to you is to use your Two Wheels and decide on your Two Goals - how many kilometres you want to ride and how much money you want to raise.

Decide how much money you want to raise and how many kilometres you want your team to ride throughout the month of September. Riders who fundraise $500 or more get their very own Ride for Sick Kids T-shirt to wear throughout the challenge.

The goals are up to you – because every dollar counts.

Why not challenge your staff, students or gym members to get on a bike and Ride for Sick Kids during September.

It's a great opportunity to get out and be healthy. You can ride on the road, you can ride in a gym, you can ride at home, it doesn’t matter - just make sure you're practising social distancing and adhering to COVID-19 to make sure everyone stays safe.

What does matter is that you accept our challenge of Two Wheels, Two Goals and get involved? You are riding to help out those who can’t ride themselves, the sick kids and their families who use Ronald McDonald House every day of the year.

This is a great opportunity to organise some team building activities, especially if your teams have been working from home, and smash some personal goals, all in the name of charity (and fitness!)

#IRideFor

Who do YOU ride for this September? We ask all participants to use the hashtag #IRideFor to bring light to an individual's or family's story.

Below are the stories of Poppy, Ozzie and Bridgette, three brave children who have spent time with us at the Ronald McDonald Houses. Find out more about their journeys, and be sure to share them by using the hashtag!

Get social and share your Ride for Sick Kids

Now, more than ever, families with seriously ill children need your help!
