Come along to enjoy the Christmas spirit with family and the Cairns community!
History of the Event
Established over 5 years ago, the Christmas Lights Ride is an annual Cairns fundraising event supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities, North Australia. This year, the event has grown to include a huge family-friendly event on the Esplanade, an additional shorter course and more inclusive participation terms inviting participants to complete the course however they wish - ride, walk, run, skip or scoot! To reflect these changes the event has been renamed ‘Christmas Lights On The Move’.
