At Ronald McDonald House Charities Victoria & Tasmania, our highest priority is ensuring the safety of our families, staff and volunteers through COVID-19.
We have made some changes to our policies to ensure we are taking all necessary steps to protect our people and our charity.
Increased protection for our families, staff and volunteers
To ensure the continued safety of our families and their seriously ill children, effective immediately, we will be minimising access to our Houses and Programs.
This means all volunteering activities, House tours and visits to our Programs will be postponed until further notice.

The COVID-19 situation is having a very real impact on our Families and Programs.
To ensure we continue to provide the safest environment possible for families of seriously ill children, we are no longer able to host our dinner and meal programs, and fundraising events that support our operating costs.
Sponsor a nights' accommodation for families
Keeping families close through such times is at the heart of what we do and by sponsoring a nights' accommodation this will directly help a seriously ill child get through their medical journey.
