CEO Arthur McColl's walk for RMHC

Help support families with seriously ill children staying at Ronald McDonald House

The CEO of Frontline Recruitment Group & Express Employment Professionals ANZ, Arthur McColl, is embarking on an adventure. He will be trekking the Kokoda Trail, a challenging 8-day hike through the hills and jungle of Papua New Guinea, starting from Port Moresby. Arthur will begin his journey on April 13th from Brisbane and finish on ANZAC Day, April 25th, at the Papua New Guinea war memorial. The memorial stands in remembrance of all those Australians and Papua New Guineans who fought and died on the Kokoda Trail in 1942.

Notably, Arthur is generously funding this expedition himself and seeks to raise funds for Ronald McDonald House, a charity close to his heart.

“My daughter, was diagnosed with a chronic illness aged 5 and received a kidney transplant from myself aged 11 that had life threatening complications resulting in a prolonging stay in ICU. (Aged 20 she received a 2nd transplant from her stepmother Susan). During her childhood, my family were given access to Ronald McDonald House in Glasgow. I’ve experienced first-hand, families at their most vulnerable some who are required to be away from home for weeks to be close to their child. The support that RMH Australia has to provided to 1000’s of families over the past 40 years has been crucial. I’m honoured to be able to make a difference, especially knowing the funds raised through this initiative go directly to accommodating and providing for the families of ill children.”
